1. How to Book

You can book your appointment via:

• WhatsApp.

• Our booking app: Square.

Your appointment is officially confirmed when:

• You pay the 20% deposit to secure your booking.

• You receive a written confirmation via text message, WhatsApp, or email.

Note: Please remember to complete the intake form sent to you upon booking. This helps me better understand your skin and optimizes the time during your initial assessment, allowing us to move forward with a clear treatment plan.

2. Deposit Policy

To secure your appointment, a 20% deposit of the service total is required. This deposit protects both your reserved time slot and my working hours, ensuring an organized, responsible, and personalized service.

• All deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total balance on the day of your appointment.

• Bookings are not considered confirmed until the deposit is successfully received.

3. Late Arrivals

We allow a maximum grace period of 15 minutes. If you arrive past this timeframe, we may need to:

• Shorten your treatment time.

• Reschedule your appointment, subject to current availability.

This ensures we respect the scheduled times of other clients and maintain the highest quality of service.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you do so at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations or changes with 24+ hours’ notice: No additional penalty.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: The booking deposit becomes non-refundable.

This cancellation policy is in place because your time slot is reserved exclusively for you, and late notice often prevents us from accommodating another client.

5. No-Shows

If you miss your appointment without prior notice:

• It will be classified as a “No-Show”.

• The booking deposit is strictly non-refundable.

6. Special Circumstances

We understand that true emergencies can happen. If this is the case, please reach out, and I will gladly evaluate the situation on an individual basis.
