Refund & Return Policy

At Leyla Skincare & Beauty, we are committed to offering carefully selected skincare products and providing a professional customer experience. Due to the nature of skincare and personal care items, all returns and refunds are subject to the following policy.

All Sales Are Final on Opened or Used Products

For hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any product that has been:

  • opened
  • used
  • tested
  • damaged after delivery
  • returned without original packaging

This policy applies to all skincare, cosmetic, and personal care products.

Returns for Unopened Products

We may accept returns for unopened, unused, and sealed products within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • be in its original, sealed condition
  • be unused and unopened
  • include original packaging
  • be accompanied by proof of purchase

If the return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • your full name
  • order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer one of the following, at our discretion:

  • replacement product
  • store credit
  • refund

Claims submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery may not be eligible for review.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • opened or used products
  • sale items or promotional items
  • gift cards
  • personalized or special-order items
  • products purchased as part of a treatment package or bundled promotion, unless otherwise stated

Allergic Reactions or Product Sensitivity

We understand that skincare products may affect each skin type differently. However, we are not responsible for individual allergic reactions, sensitivities, or misuse of products.

Customers are encouraged to:

  • review all ingredients before purchase
  • follow product instructions carefully
  • perform a patch test when appropriate
  • consult a professional if unsure whether a product is suitable

Refunds are not issued for personal skin reactions unless required by applicable law.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been prepared or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
